And i just wondered how are they able to both DJ at exactly at the same time, do they use a program to hook up to each other or something??

Skype - Is ok for it, not the best.
Msn - I wouldnt use it cause sometimes it lags up.
Teamspeak on a private TS Server - Sounds like it would work, havent tryed it.
