The thing that gets me,is that chavs dont live in royalty (mocha and t-sofas) but then again its just the name. But if he was wanting chav style, maybe some fridges, and change t-sofas to like iced or pods. But the room is a 9/10. And the name needs to be something like 'Posh, royalty, style' or 'living in luxury.' If you understand what i'm getting at ?

Hmm.. nice. i like the duck pond. Very creative. The silver pods look slightly out of place though. 7/10.
