Phtoshop help

Hey i downloaded photoshop cs tryout and i need some help.
Im new to photoshop..

I want to make a signature and put a image and some nice writing..


But where do i get them nice fancy text from??

Copy the ttf file and go to Control Panel > Fonts > Paste the file
