You need to get from Jailer in the dungeon.

You kill the jail guard where all the black nights are then once you killed him you get a key to a jail cell open the cell where the old man is talk to him and he will give you the dusty key

Im not 100% shure but i think you use a normal key ona fireplace and it gets dusty
