wth when did a domain name make a difference to site content?

because if it's co.nr it's a free domain, which means most of the content and hosting etc will be free and it probably wont be that good because of it.
wrong forum, and it's dodgy by the sound of it.

the hosting will be free i use a .co.nr site temporarly
my hosting is payed for £40 a month . . . .
it makes no difference its just a domain
