But isnt CSS needed???
no, go on photoshop open 800x600 past it in and edit it so that it fits whole page
Lol! That wont change anything when i put it into a html file. Thats just the zoom you want to work at lol!

Ah, if you use Frontpage, do it by going into File > Page Properties > Margins > Make it 0, 0.

well that site doesnt actaly do it per say, What they have done is set a background image, which repeates downwards only, then plased there main layout on top of it "/
which is one way to do it, a page usealy wont be any longer than the content in it anyway so as what motion kinda suggested, set your margins in the body css tag to 0 margin:0 0 0 0;
