No. unless habbox rares value reporters with no IQ and craving fun, don't deside to lower it for nothin' again.

The throne goes up and down all the time, within the 3 years i've been on habbo its been at 12 hc's 16 hc's 17.5 hc's 18 hc's 20 hc's and gone up to what it is now all at different times. I think there on the verge of going down again now.
