1) What's a sextant? (Can i buy it from another user?)
2) What kind of chart? =\ (Can i buy it from another user?)

nope you cant buy them use www.tip.it to find out how to get them.
www.zybez.net has a chart that you enter your deegres and it tells you where it is but you still need the sextant, chart and watch in your inventory.
