where to train?

I'm lvl 57 combat
my stats:
55 strength
42 atack
41 defence
37 magic
40 ranged
28 prayer

I want to train somewhere with good drops hopefully
I'm currently F2P but on sunday i will be a P2P so give me some examples of both

I will be able to take lobbys, teleport runes etc so i dont mind if its a high level monster

You could try range fire giants? Can't really think of any other better monster at the moment. Rock crabs are good, but rubbish drops..

I'm currently training my ranging levels on Barbarians in barb village. And training my strength in the Stronghold of Security on level 3.

You could try hill giants, they also give big bones which give u 15 prayer xp per bone. XXX

At 40 range he would barely hit the firegiants , take iron knives the the rock crabs or experiements
