erm, i think it would be easy, just make a "special" rank, with name colour MODS etc, Vbullitin would be the best for it..

ipb 2, has inbuilt ffetures for it. In inviosn free, just creat another member group, give em colord name,s and mauly upgrade any one who buys it?

Hmm.... its based on .com.sg though, You'll get +4 or -4 rep points + White candels on a plate
