Buy your shoutcast from wherever you want to buy your shoutcast from.
However most sites will have this at the bottom.
This states that if you get caught not having a licence then you will get fined.Wherever Inc. is not responsible for any illegal use of SHOUTcast. As you know SHOUTcast streams require a license to stream. If you do not have a license and you get sued we are not in any way responsible.
However what licenses though?
The Licenses
No.1 - Mcps-prs
Link - www.prs.co.uk
This is the first of the two licenses which you require to broadcast music on the internet. Which is about copyright issues with the music.
No.2 - PPL licence
Link - www.ppluk.com
This is a licence which you have to pay money towards the Artist/band to show thankyou for playing there music on the internet.

These licenses arent very cheap neither about £100 at least a month which is not what you want to be paying just to play some music.
If you do NOT buy the licences then your radio is really a pirate radio which
ILLEGAL and can get you fines. DJ or Owner.
This also applys if you want to put ANY music on your site.
Different Rules Apply for Other Countrys's IE. USA
