Green Pillow - There are more going around the hotel now, but i believe that 23 pure still a bit low. I suggest 25 hc's per (Seen 6 times)

Black Monolth - These are in high demand. So i people are offering more for them. I suggest 3 hc's. per

& Majestic Chairs & Throne Sofas - These two items once where worth quite a lot each then they went down. So now alot of people are buying them for this price. I suggest 3 hc's per (Seen 5 times)

Habbo Cola Machine - There are alot of this item around the hotel. I suggest 1 hc per (Seen 10 times)

Lapland Greeting - The price is a bit unusualy seeming as there are no .1 rares. You don't see many around the hotel. So i suggest 1.4 hc per (Seen 3 times)
