    Default I need graphic desiners and more staffie staff to help with my site and a new name

    any ways i decided to opena new site useing free webs the problem is i dunno how to put the lay out on there and set it all up i dont even got a layout yet all my lay outs are simple and bad could u guys help me make a new one also i need a new name for my site its a dolling site
