Well i think it looks completely innocent. Let him join habbo, have a blast!
Even if he was advertising his account, who cares. In the end its your choice if you add him or not!

Habbo is more addictive and costs more, you have to buy furni/items, on Rs you don't if your a f2p, but you can have more run when your p2p with more skills!
