Perm Banned - for literally nothing :l

This is the situation...

I was in Cheeps. Weakest Link last night. I felt a bit cheated and when I got kicked out the game, I got a bit angry and say something, not important in this issue though.

I then mass messaged everyone on my console saying "****** scams", and the word was in no way advertising a scam site, it was just a stupid phrase I said in anger as I felt cheated. Plus, the site isn't even a scam site :S

I woke up this morning to find I had been PERMED BANNED for..

I mean? What a joke! I'm deeply annoyed and upset. Can anyone pls help me?
