I looked on tip.it
and it said:
Chest, Southwest of the ladder in the cul-de-sac (dead end tunnel) in the Dwarven Mine
I went there, and there's no chest.
anyone care to mark where it is on a map?

Located in the Dwarven mines, far western portion, southern room.
