I just got the game and I am on an operation where you need to reduce the size and cut out loads of round ball sort of things. Except they keep getting bigger and bursting. Angie says use the healing touch. What is the healing touch and what does it do? :s

Ok, click on your hand icon twice and it still turn into a star, then draw a star on the touch screen, healing touch slows down time so you can do the operation super fast

Sort of, but it means you can do the operation much faster
