Best/Worst cover songs?

What do you think are the best and worst cover songs? In my opinion, the best cover songs are the ones that make it their own, but without taking anything out of the song. For me they would be (in no order):

Higher Ground by Red Hot Chili Peppers

Worst:
Karma Police (Live) by Panic! At The Disco
I Fought The Law by Green Day

Under The Bridge by Gym Class Heros
Smooth Crimminal by Alien Ant Farm

Soulfly - Roots bloody roots [ Again good original and good cover]
Gary Jules - Mad World [better than original]
Fear Factory - Cars [Good electronic sorta cover by FF]
Blink 182 - Another girl, another planet [So much better than original]

Worst
I Fought The Law by Green Day that totally was crap especially compared to original.
Trivium - Master of puppets [Never will beat Metallica]

My Chemical Romance - Astro Zombies (I've never heard the original, but I thought this was good.)
Pearl Jam - Creep (I prefer this to the original actually)
Gary Jules - Mad World (Hated it at first, and it's not as good as the original, but it's okay.)

Worst:
Panic! At The Disco - Karma Police (Worst thing I've ever heard)
Gym Class Heroes - Under The Bridge (I love GCH but I thought this was poor.)

The whole Unplugged album by Nirvana. I prefer all their covers to the originals.

McFly completely murdered Mr. Brightside by the Killers though.
