Yeah is anyone else Anemic [spelt it wrong dunno how to spell it] it's basically when you have a low iron level and so you take these iron pills 3 times a day.
Is anyone else anemic? And sometimes if your level gets reallylow or something you can collapse which is what happened to me last week.
So yeah is anyone else anemic? I think its more common in non meat eaters.

I went to the doctors this year becuase I was really tired and dizzy all the time. They thought it was either anemia or diabetes but it wasnt, I'm all healthy. I rarley eat red meat [once every 2-3 weeks] becuase of the taste.
Its alot more common in females due to loss of iron though menstration though. Anyways hope you stay well.

    →he said call me now
    →and id come a running
→If you'd call me now baby id come a running.

I'm a vegan and i'm Anemic, I have a very limited diet due to me being a fussy eater so yeah.
Last year my blood levels go to so low (3o%) that my body started shutting down and my kidneys were failing so I had to have a blood transfusion O.o
So I just take iron tablets and eat tons of nuts, so i'm okay now :]

    Eat meat and cereals then?
They provide a good amount of iron for your GDA.

I'd advise you not to be a vegan.. partly because of your iron levels and partly because it's just silly ^_^ Tablets are not as good for you as eating the actual foods, as there's no substance and you get no extra benefit.
