and started fishing lobbies that takes too long
and i looked it up and i need to catch 10k lobbies
im a 64 in fishing ( pretty much )
What should i do to get a 76 fastest i dont care about cash
( tell me amount of time u think it will take )

If you don't care about cash, continue powerfishing.
If you want exp, powerfish something like trout.
You can catch WAY more trout in less time than lobsters.
The exp will certainly add up.

Trout can be found next to the bridge in Lumbridge.
