First, try editing the SQL information in dbConfig.php and index.php to your SQL information. The index file may not have the SQL info in, but I have a different version of this panel and it does on mine.

Do what he said . I must agree this panel's readme is useless. And theres errors in it even when installed.

You got to edit dbconfig.php
and dbconfig(1).php
and index.php
