Rare Value Report

Hi, I used to be a rare valuer until I left habbo but my friends got me on it again and Ive noticed the following rare values:

Petal Patch: 4.5 seen 6 times
5.0 seen Once
I expected the petal patch to go up in vaule, but in the past few days I've had trouble trading mine for around 4.8/5 hcs and alot of the time I've had to settle with 4.5, I've seen this alot in trade rooms and furni shops.

Throne: 29 hcs seen 3 times
28 hcs seen 2 times
27 hcs seen 4 times
The throne is continuing to go up in price but I have also seen more and more people selling their throne for 27hcs.

Throne Sofa: 2 hcs seen 4 times
People are finding it hard to get any higher than 2 hcs for their throne sofas, and most sellers are happy to sell for 2 hcs.

Its a bit short, but thats all ive seen so far.
