"You guys can hold your breath a lot longer than David Blaine, and I want to thank you for that"
Axl Rose to fans about waiting 10 years for Chinese Democracy

If you ask me, any album that features Buckethead should be burned straightaway anyway. I think the Gn'r vs VR argument is stupid. Why do we need a 'new Gn'R' anyway? The old Gn'R made 2 or 3 great albums, why can't we just satisfy ourselves by buying Appetite, both the Use Your Illusions, and maybe VR's Contraband. The new Gn'R is just Axl trying to prove that he can be successful, and I think the new album will just gather interest only because it's taken so long. It won't beat Appetite.

I have to agree with you their. I can't stand Buckethead myself. I also agree with your "It won't beat Appetite" statement. Nothing they do now can beat Appetite. I don't see why Axl bothered really. He had it all.

Very few songs have been released into the public. The only ones I know of are Madagascar and Better. Although the new GnR has its ups and downs, these songs are GREAT.

Sorry for bumping this thread a little. But I have been away since August 7th.
