    Hello, can anybody please make me a css sheet please. I require :

    A fixed background with image. The Image is: /images/index_r4_c3.gif
    Scroll bar which is transparent to the background: /images/index_r4_c3.gif
    Link Before and visited : #F69A15
    Link hove : #FFFFFF

    If you can make this, I'll be greatful.
