Yup, and if you cant do it. Post it and ask someone to do it. Or you could find some tutorials

Get fireworks or photoshop to slice it up for you. Or you could code it in CSS and tables (if you want) without the need for slicing.
    goodbye.

    Photoshop (ImageReady) can slice layouts.
    PHP Code:
    [LEFT]<?[/LEFT]
    [
    LEFT]$name $_GET['name'];[/LEFT]
    [
LEFT]echo "Hi, your name is $name";[/LEFT]
    [
    LEFT]?>[/LEFT]
    [LEFT][/LEFT]

Did you put the images as table backgrounds?
    PHP Code:
    [LEFT]<?[/LEFT]
    [
    LEFT]$name $_GET['name'];[/LEFT]
    [
LEFT]echo "Hi, your name is $name";[/LEFT]
    [

Get the slices and put them as table backgrounds. Dont use Dreamweaver but it should be under something like table properties.
    PHP Code:
    [LEFT]<?[/LEFT]
    [
    LEFT]$name $_GET['name'];[/LEFT]
    [
LEFT]echo "Hi, your name is $name";[/LEFT]
    [
    LEFT]?>[/LEFT]
