Umm help im getting owned (not spam dont ban me)

So i go get my slayer task ooO greaters go take 22 sharks kill 150 no probz go back to my slayer master killwatts grr theyr anoyin but only 54 ill do em i got back and fire giants o good theyr like 110xp per lalalala cook myself some sharks tele house pay the man and start fighting fight 1 hits a 11 on me oo didnt hit nothing more on me fight another hits a 10 on me and a 5 erm wth every 1 or 2 giant is hittin me iv onyl killed about 60 and im down to 6 sharks iv got my rune and obby set with me +240 def bonus so why are they hitting me so often do they do this to everyone or do is there soem way to prevent this i know some monsters theyr melee but magic based so are they one of them monsters should i wear black dhide r do they just have high atk and im basacily just whining about nothing
