    Doubt if this will help
    I have sold my throne for 28hcs 3 times in 2-3 days and I have seen them go for 27hcs quite a few times over these 2-3 days.
    And I have seen throne sofas go for 2.5hcs.
    I have also seen red dragons go for 3hcs.
