I am not able to see the current value of furniture so I can not tell you if there has been a rise or not.

Also I havn't done a value report in a while but here it is:

Throne - 27.2CS Seen many times in casinos 5+

Yellow parasol - 2CS As someone just bought some off me for 2 and as its summer I think it's having a increase for higher demand

Petal - 5CS A high demand and quite a popular furni, seen about 3 times.

Black monolith - 2.5CS Maybe getting higher demand for the coming of halloween? We will have to wait and see. Seen 4times.

Set of imperial teleporters - 2CS There was a slight fall in price but have soon returned to the original price, Seen about 6 times.

Aloe vera's - 4.2CS #~ I am not sure about these as there prices go up and down ~# Seen about 4 times.

Help: Maybe have a small investment on aloe vera's when prices go lower as they are quite a nice piece of furniture to have and would soon go up.
