Need a Habboish Website

Hello there. I am the owner of a fansite for Habbo. I need a very nice, habboish layout, with a banner area at the top, and boxes with lables for Stats, DJ Says, Latest News, and Navigation. I am willing to pay 15 pure hcs and a throne sofa, on the UK hotel, if you need more please talk to me and we can work something out. Post your ideas and thoughts here. I will pay first as long as I see a watermarked image of the layout I am buying. I will also keep a small area of the site for the creators name, and maybe there layout or hosting website. Please let me know if any of you can help,

That should be fine! I would like somebody though that has made a good site before, that is a habbo related site ! I can increase to up to 30 hcs for a great layout, dont want to, but if your REALLY good I would pay that! Cant any of you make a habboish layout ? If anybody knows somebody please tell me. I would like to see a portfolio or some kind of work.
