Im lvl 29 runecrafting what would be fastest way to 50?

Fires to 44, then nats to 50.

The easyest way to craft fires to 44 is get duel rings (8) go to castle wars then teleport to the duel arena using a duel ring with 27 ess and your tiara. It would be better with a tiara to save inventory space but it's up to you. Once you've crafted your fires teleport back to castle wars, bank your runes and do the process again . The cost for the duel rings can be a bit pricey. Was for me.
