go south from where the dragon is, past the skeles and lesser demons, and you will come to a "strange wall." Push it, then go past the spiders to teh area with the gold ore. You should see a rope hanging down, which will take you to karajama.

When you beat her, you'll be transported outside her cage. Don't freak out if a skeleton gets you, just walk towards the Lesser Demons (lvl-82) south and go through the "secret" wall. The command should be "Open". Your character will "memorize" the location for future use.

alternitivly you can buy a ring of dueling and use it to teleport
or you can get a friend who has high mage to come and tele you to somewhere :p
