Hi, my habbo name is Jmaul

A while ago someone got into my habbo account and got banned with my account.
The ban was pernament so I now cannot get back into my account.
I've emailed habbo over 20 times and they just reply with the same email message 'most bans are only for...'

Is there any way I can get un-banned or can you help me?
