Contact Form Help!

i am creating a contact form for my website. However it wont send, i believe this is because there is no form action at the beginning, e.g
<form action="Url of form handler" method="post" >
However the problem is i dont know the form handler/ action that i should put in. I use habbohosting.net and i need to know what 2 do!

can u either tell me what to put or give me another idea which could help!!
