i think as the Wii being so cheap ppl will buy the Wii and Ps3/x-box360 depending on which they prefear ^^ even though x-box is cheaper option

Its not new as at E3 it was in the xbox show that they said people were going to do this and i belive its been posted on before

I agree whole heartedly, i think its safe to say after we've got the HD tv i shall invest in the Wii
