Hey,

Sorry but that forum is going to need improving. My advice to you is to basically make a forum using invisionfree or another phpbb forum company like Forumer. The host you got now isn't the best and you need to try and get better hosting. A new layout and banner would be very nice as well but overall it's an ok forum but needs vast improvements.
