Mocha: 0.5 (7 times)
I had never noticed this item decreasing, and I was suprised when it decreased in price. I still see people offer 2 mochas for a HC And getting it.

Ice Cream Maker: 1hc (3 Times)
The ICM is being traded for 1.0 more and more often. Not totally sure why, But its what I have been seeing.

Throne Sofa: 2 Hcs (6-7 times forget which one)
Once again was surprised when it fell, but in many furni shops and trade rooms people are happy to pay 2 pure for it.

Green Pillow: 12 Hcs (2 times) 11 hcs( 1 time)
Noone is really willing to pay 14 hcs for this pillow and people are struggling to get rid of them, so they sell them for low prices,

Petal Patch: 4.5 (5 times)
I dont think the petal patch is as popular as it used to be and people still struggle to get rid of it for 4.5, but eventually they manage.

Linking IMPS: 1 hc: (3 times)
Not many people need Imps unless they are making a specific room. So people are happy to sell them for 1.0.

Sea dragon lamp 1 hc (4 times)
Dragons are quite hard to sell from what I've seen. Most furni shops dont accept them. In many trade rooms Ive seen the Sea Dragon lamp go for 1.0
