This is not good, too bland and nothing makes me get a tingly feeling down there.

There is nothing really that makes it an indivdual layout, you can get better from habbolayouts.com and there's are/were free.

Also, red is never a good primary colour for a website unless you know how to use it and you clearly don't.

5/10 for trying.

P.S - Did you get Sulake's permission to use that man in your layout because there is no fansite disclaimer present on the site.
