    I need a forum manager to help me setup my new forum. I'll pay you about 10hc on Habbo to do the lot.
    I need:
    * Habbo Style Skin
    * Arcade
    * Shoutbox

    I've already found someone to do a skin for free, and I've asked another member if they are willing to help with other things for free, so please don't pm me anymore if you want pay.
