It might, cs 1.6 doesn't require much, I think your processor is a bit low, the requirement for that is 500 MHz. But still, buy it, try it and if it doesn't work then take it back.

Yes it will, my processer is only 2.50ghz yours is 10ghz more and it works fine for me
