The helmets OK, the plastic may be a bit blue though.
The tops OK but you could work on the sort of over jumper habbo top and make it into a body armour with no sleeves or something?
The jeans look a bit, out of place you could try padded black trousers or something kevlar possibly.
Possibly some steel capped boots or just boots?
(Kevlar is the stuff used to make body armours)

Its ok, bit bright with the blue, I would just make the face colour brighter. And not too sure they were sandles. 5/10
