Selling RuneScape for Habbo

I am selling all of my RuneScape money and items for Habbo furniture. Currently on RuneScape I have (noting all important things):

195K in money
1 Rune Pickaxe
Mithril Full Helm
Mithril Platebody
Mithril Platelegs
Mithril KiteShield
Amulet Of Accuracy
90 Runes (various, some rare)
Talismans (various)

Then there's all the miscellaneous rubbish that everybody collects, and I have a lot. 300+ cakes, 270 coal, keys to dungeons, uncut jewels, and plenty of building materials for member's houses.

I'm looking for 1 pure CS for 25k of RuneScape coins. After that i'll sell the items off. Anybody who is interested should reply here and the send a friend request to my Habbo account, Sabre1
