Prediction: I still think that the throne is going to go down due to people trading thrones for items in other games and not for other habbo rares.

Black Monolith 3 HC [Seen 7 Times] Prediction: I Think the Black Monolith will stay the same maybe occasionally rising or falling around 0.5 for the next few weeks, then start to go down.

Alien Artifact 1.5 HC [Seen 5 Times] Prediction: I'm not so sure about this one, although I think that when the Monolith falls, so will the smoke machine.

Red Amber Lamp 2 HC [Seen 3 Times] Prediction: I think this will fall, as it is becoming less popular, but I'm not entirely sure.

Blue Amber Lamp 2.8 HC [Seen 4 Times] Prediction: I think that this is going to fall like the Red Amber Lamp.

These are the things I found after hunting around the hotel today.
With my predictions, I was just giving a rough guess.
