how do you get the moving writing under your name when your vip

I think it's :

[marquee]text here[/marquee]

or

<marquee>text here</marquee>

Never tried it myself though, you might find it in the tips n tricks section in the VIP forums.

You need to post there and ask for your usertitle as

<marquee>text here</marquee>

You can't do HTML ones yourself for safety.
