    Hi,

    When i get to sleep at night i cant becasue i always think about stuff which has afted me in teh day eg if a girls kised me or somthink like that

    I try wait it off I try and play psp for a cuple of minets and i sitll can't do it i drink water nothink happens Today I got to sleep at 5 in the moaning i really do need help with this if you can help it will be much a peseated

    Its because your thinking about too much stuff and its obviously stressing you out in some sort of way. You need to learn how to relax yourself. If you feel its becomming a problem, tell your parents and ask to go to the doctors to see what your GP suggests.

    It's a problem ive asked them for sleeping tablets they say no becasue your to young im never tierd no more

    No I don't think sleeping tablets will solve your problem. Do you go out and play football or do some sort of exercise during the day? if not you should, your young and need to burn up 'hype'. This will help you sleep.
