Default Layout for PayPal (HIGH QUALITY)

After my last attempt of finding a Habbo fansite layout creator ended in vain I will try again but this time I offer *real* money in replacement of furni. Deal is, you post bellow or PM me and I'll forward on the details. You then create the layout to the specifications passed on by myself and forward me a WATERMARKED version, if I like it I will "buy" it off you (i.e. payment over paypal).

If you don't like the way I will pay then don't waste your time and/or mine by posting or PM'ing me. Only those that are GOOD with webdesign should bother posting bellow or PM'ing me and when posting or sending me a PM you should also include an EXAMPLE of YOUR work (i.e. an old layout that you created). This way I can tell you whether or not you would be wasting your time trying to make one for me.

Payment discussed with the person(s) I choose to make a layout.
    Thanks,
    Aaron

www.habzilla.com and www.habzilla.com/Layout2/index.php are two examples of recent templates. These are both for sale if they meet your specs but PM your specs anyway.

I have decided to write the full specifications here, if you have a layout similar to this water mark it and PM it to me - if I like it you never know, I might buy it there and then!

    Specifications:

    The type of layout I want should take up a minimum of 50% of the screen width and the navigation should be on the left hand side adjacent to the left side of the screen. A perfect example is HabboMedia, there should be clear and designated areas which are listed above, those in red are compulsary meaning they HAVE to be on the layout;

    - Navigation (as stated above)
    - Main content
    - Statistics
    - Updates
    - Competitions
    - Disclaimer
    - Banner

The content spaces should be left with a white background as I (personally) feel coloured backgrounds can clash and look tacky, the main content area should be displayed well and should be the largest area on the layout. Font for the site has already been chosen as Tahoma size 2 (the size of the font in this private message) and therefore the layout should be of a size and detail which shows the font well and not being too big or too small. No IFrames will be used on the layout and therefore the layout should be designed to be suitable for expandable boxes.

    Colouring

Bright colours are practically banned from being used, they are sickly and grotesque. Please stick to pastel shades and normal grey shading for the borders of content areas. Greens, blues, yellows and oranges all work well but the layout MUST be gender friendly and welcoming.

If you require any more details or information then please send a reply to this message, if you are unsure about anything stated above please don't hesistate to reply. Payment will be made on the grounds that I like the final layout you have created and I am happy to use it, you should try and make borders interesting as appose to straight lines or rounded corners - why not use clouds or something else instead?

    Thanks for taking an interest!

    EASO,
    CLIENT
    Thanks,
    Aaron
