Click the "user cp" link top left of the page.
Then on the left control panel, click either edit avatar or edit signature.
The rest is pretty self explanitory, if you need more help just reply to this post

Host the pictures of your Habbo on an image host such as www.imageshack.us, then copy the code into the signature box
