Very popular piece of furni and lots of people want them.

Alien Artifact: 1.2 seen twice 1.0 seen twice 1.3 seen once
Have seen people offer 2.5 for 2 alien artifacts. Not a big drop but I think they may go lower.

Study desk: 1hc seen 3 times
Most people dont bother with the 0.1 and sellers are happy to take one hc.

Blue amber- 3 hcs seen twice
Quite a popular item I think it will remain around 3 hcs for a while.

Greek pillar- 0.9 seen twice 1hc seen once
Its getting quite hard to sell your pillars unless someone wants them for a certian room.

Green fan: 1 hc seen 4 times 1.5 seen 3 times
People are trying to sell for as high as possible but most people know that eventualy they will fall to around 1.0-0.5.
