How can you make it so you can change dir in a php script to do diff stuff in the dir while using the same php script?

You have a directory called Thingfggg

and theres a directory inside that clled Hsgdgfg

not, you make a php script in the dir Thingfggg, and you want it, so you can go into the folder Hsgdgfg and like edit a file, how would u do that?
