No Images and shockwave won't load!

Please help us! I've been hearing the same thing over and over. It does not work!! Deleting the cache won't do anything. Please help!!!!!

It might be your internet provider or it might be that your internet conection is low.

That wont work.
Delete shockwave off your computer and then reinstall it again.l That should work, if it doesnt please contact me here again.

No, this did not work, but I have an update on this problem. Sometimes it does work and doesn't work. I keep clicking check-in every 2 minutes. Then every 5 minutes. Eventually I get in the Hotel. Then all the images load sometimes. I hope, but in the past two days this has not work. I hope this helps you fix this horrible problem.
