Meaning that he cannot Do certain things in rooms he has been graned rites in.. Owner of room can remove and add The Features he can use..
Also, Sme1 cannot use the asame name as somene elses room.. If they do the room will be changed name to eg, : FF! rares! Is owned By ????
Your Room name Will Be: FF! Rares! 01/02/03..

Some of the things there i like, such as the "selective rights" in rooms, where people can only do certain things, however why would anyone want someone to be able to pick up furni in their room? What's with the "cannot use alt codes" too? Lol
I also like the idea of the room ban, this would be very handy for advertisers, Also the list of who has rights would be good

Allowing to ban people from your rooms can promote scamming by the owner kicking then banning a habbo.

I didnt really get some of that.. and some of them are already in effect?

They're cool ideas but they're kinda advanced for Habbo. Also, it would take alot of coding for the furniture combining and there would be soo many combinations of furniture together and that would take along time.

Don't see why you'd need to. Advertisers can always be kicked, and banning someone who keeps advertising in the same room can easily make a clone. Other than that, useful for scammers.

Agree with giving back the ability to give/take other people's rights even when you're not owner. Used to have that back in the good ol' days, was hilarious.

these commands will be useable by Admins and Staf only.

Staff already have ban commands for time of ban and such, room bans aren't possible though and staff shouldn't have the ability to give users rights in other people's rooms.
